The HYS Premier Program is the ultimate pathway for elite U7 and U8 players aspiring to join the ranks of HYS Travel Soccer and Virginia Development Academy (VDA). This program is the ideal foundation for young athletes seeking to elevate their game to the next level.

Why Choose the Premier Program?

Our focus extends beyond just skill development—we aim to instill the mindset and discipline necessary to achieve elite status. Players will build a strong foundation through:

• Technical Mastery: Mastering 1v1 dribbling, passing, receiving, shooting, and crossing.
• Tactical Understanding: Learning when to dribble vs. pass, creating overloads, breaking lines of pressure, and basic positioning.
• Game IQ: Developing movement to support teammates and defending fundamentals.

Program Options

Recreational Premier Option - 10 sessions ($175):

• Ideal for players continuing in the REC program.
• One training session per week on Sunday evenings at 5:00 PM at Arrowbrook Park.

Pre-Travel Premier Option - 26 sessions ($425):

• Designed for players seeking a more comprehensive experience.
• Two training sessions per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:00 PM on turf.
• 6 weekend games

Season Details

• Duration: March through the first week of June.
